Unedited photos vs Photoshopped photos

I am really quite curious to know what the photos on Deviantart look like BEFORE they were photoshopped to the shithouse (excuse my language).

But really, there are so many AMAZING photos out there, and i really can't help but wonder what it must look like underneath the overload of textures etc, or just what it looked like on their cameras LCD screen.

It makes me think to myself, are people good at photography or are they really good at photoshopping?

I was born in Vietnam, then we moved to the Czech republic when I was 6. I've been to VN 3x too and I'm planning to go to VN next year.
Well, in Czech...I live in Prague now (the capital), so it's ok...But I don't know, I think I'd like to move to other country in the future.

Yeah, pics are more pro when you don't Photoshop, but I do use it quite a lot :)

YEEPP! My last name is Nguyen, but i was born in Australia and i live there :) But i've been to VN about three times now... i actually have a couple of photos in my gallery! Wow you live in the Czech republic, what's that like?

Yeah, i don't use a filter, i usually use photoshop when i want to put in a certain mood into my photos. But i really try not to use too much photoshop on my photos, because i think it just ruins the nature of taking a photograph!

Oh, you really don't use a filter? Which camera have you got? The pics look like taken with blue filter or so :)
